Our team is proud to provide the highest level of comprehensive dental care available. We are also acutely aware and extremely sensitive to the financial strain that dental care can put on a family’s finances. Our Smile Club has been specifically designed for our patients who do not have insurance.

Anyone who does not have insurance is eligible for membership.
Membership Includes:
10% off all treatment performed at Paul C. Brooks III, D.M.D. Complete Dental Care.
2 cleanings per 12 month period
2 examinations by the doctor per 12 month period
2 additional anterior x-rays
1 set of 4 bitewing radiographs per 12 month period
2 Fluoride treatments
Vizilite Oral cancer screening

•Invisalign, cosmetic procedures and oral health items for purchase at the office are not included in the 10% courtesy rate.
The Smile Club is renewable on a yearly basis. Membership is non-refundable and all benefits are only usable the 12 month period after the membership is paid in full. There are no exceptions to this policy. Since The Smile Club entitles our members to an extremely generous discount of 10%, we also request that all treatment be paid in full when the appointment is made.
